2022 Krka Group Performance Estimate
Novo mesto, 26 January 2023 – The Management Board of Krka, d. d. held a press conference today to present the Krka Group 2022 preliminary unaudited performance estimate, which the Supervisory Board discussed at their meeting yesterday. The Krka Group generated €1,717.5 million of revenue last year, up 10% on 2021. According to preliminary unaudited financial statement estimates, the Krka Group’s net profit totalled €361.1 million, up 17% on 2021. The Krka Group and Krka 2022 unaudited financial statements will be released on Thursday, 16 March 2023.

Krka Reports January to September 2022 Business Results
Novo mesto, 17 November 2022 - In the nine months to September 2022, Krka Group revenue amounted to €1,242.2 million, up 6% year on year, resulting in €301.7 million of net profit, a 26% year-on-year increase. The Krka Supervisory Board discussed the January to September 2022 interim report for the Krka Group and Krka, d. d., at its regular meeting yesterday.

Krka Car-Free Day for a Cleaner Tomorrow
Krka has participated in the European Mobility Week campaign since it was first launched, and this year is no exception. On Thursday, 22 September 2022, we organised another Krka Car-Free Day. Krka employees from eleven countries where we have business units joined the event, because it greatly matters to us all what kind of planet we’ll deliver to our descendants. In the light of green mobility, we showed that we are a well-connected community committed to sustainable mobility, a healthier environment, and improved quality of life. We came to work by sustainable means of transport: on foot, by bike, scooter, rollerblades, carpooling, etc.

Krka Reports on 2022 Semi-Annual Business Results
In the first half of 2022, the Krka Group generated revenue in the amount of €857.4 million, up 6% on the first half of 2021, yielding net profit of €236.2 million, a 33% year-on-year increase. The Supervisory Board of Krka discussed the 2022 semi-annual business report for the Krka Group and Krka at their regular meeting yesterday.

Preliminary Operating Results of the Krka Group for the First Half of 2022
Otočec, 7 July 2022 - Today, the 28th Annual General Meeting of Krka, tovarna zdravil, d. d., Novo mesto is held at the Hotel Šport in Otočec, Slovenia. The President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Jože Colarič presented the key 2021 Krka Group business results and main operating estimates for the first half of this year. The Supervisory Board is scheduled to discuss unaudited operating results of Krka and the Krka Group for the first half of 2022 at their regular meeting of 20 July.
